Once we reach our peak at around 26 years old, our body begins to produce less testosterone and less human growth hormone. However, building strength and little bit of exercise stimulates the body to start producing HGH once again. Every Monday Night from 6pm to 7pm Kilt-man Keith Robinson take men on a gruelling one hour circuit.
