Tibetan Breathing and Yoga
The Tibetan breathing practice of Tsa Lung (breath of fire) and the 5 Tibetan Rites of Rejuvenation work to stimulate the nervous system, immune system, build strength and flexibility.
James takes you on a series of exercises that help lymphatic drainage, build strength and flexibility as well as increase lung capacity and offers profound feelings of wellbeing.
Classes are held every Sunday Morning 9:30am to 11am and Tuesday 9:30am to 11am and 5:30pm to 7pm
